AGC has led some of the most significant redevelopment projects in Irish golf, including the complete reconstruction of Adare Manor ahead of the 2027 Ryder Cup.

Redevelopment work covers full layout redesigns, hole repositioning, green and bunker reconstruction, drainage overhaul and landscape reshaping. AGC manages the entire project in-house, from planning and earthworks through to final agronomic preparation.
