Adare Manor
Beginning in March 2016 at Adare Manor Resort, and completed in just six months, this was AGC’s most challenging and biggest undertaking to date. AGC completely rebuilt the former Robert Trent Jones-designed course and driving range to USGA standard specification, incorporating Tom Fazio’s new design.
Through this development, Adare Manor Resort became the only Irish course with sub-air (air-conditioned) greens. AGC constructed 10km of support roadways, 16 natural-stone bridges, and 21km of ducting for television and fibre-optic cables. These works were in preparation for the hosting of the 2027 Ryder Cup.
The project was completed within budget and two months ahead of schedule, demonstrating AGC’s ability to deliver projects of this scale to an exceptional standard.
